If you feel you can only make a small financial contribution, please do so, many small sums make large totals.

Full confidentiality can be assured to donors who do not wish details of their pledge to be revealed.
Unless they request otherwise the names of all donors will be recognized in the lobby of the Community Library reminding future generations of those who were prepared to seize the moment and create a lasting legacy,
Gift Aid can be reclaimed by PHCA on gifts from donors who are taxpayers.
The basic rate of 20% tax can be reclaimed on the gross amount of the donation before tax was deducted, so a gift of £100 is worth £125 to the Library Appeal.
Higher rate tax payers can reclaim the difference between what they have paid in tax at 40% or 50% rates and the basic rate of 20% on the total gross value of their donation.
