Lu Jong comes from the ancient land of the Tibetans more than 8,000 years ago and introduced to the West by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.

It is a self healing practice that improves body awareness, posture, flexibility and cultivates balance on the physical, mental and energetic level of our own body and mind.

The benefits of Lu Jong practice:

  • Become more flexible and stronger;
  • Increases energy;
  • It helps balance the bridge between the body and mind through the breath, as breath is our vital energy;
  • Promotes self healing by balancing the body breath and mind creating inner peace;

The practice of Lu Jong is suitable for all ages and physical abilities.
