Ark Short Stories

An exciting new and unique live literature project is launching at the Primrose Hill Community Library on World Book Night.

Ark, a short story organisation, is taking over the library space with A Literary Coup, with live performances of stories on a libraries theme by writers and actors.  This includes newly commissioned writing, film, music, sound and dance.

Writers will include the brilliant Nikesh Shukla performing a new story interacting with film, poet Hannah Silva and playwright Sarah Grochala.

In addition, classic short stories by Calvino, Ray Bradbury and others will be performed by actors Susanna Hislop, Charlie Partridge and Maeve Leahy.

Book artist Chloe Spicer will get the audience involved with making book art hats. And there will be wine.

More information about tickets and performance details at the library, on Ark’s website.
