Gig: Shayanne

Shayanne is a singer/songwriter from SW London with an ear for melodies and a songwriting style that pulls from pop, contemporary RnB, film scores, and soul, and she seamlessly navigates through them to create her own distinct sound.

She prides herself in having an interesting writing style, usually drawing heavily from characters that have moved her, be they real or fictional, and very much influenced by the feel of film and TV scores.

Shayanne tells a story through each song, and as such, each song has a different vibe and a different feel to it. Be it an RnB vibe mixed in with a sprinkle of classical influence or a cinematic feel with layered vocals and booming drums – every song lives in its own world.

Shayanne’s sound is one that consumes the myriad of stories woven through the world around her from t.v, film and her own life and expresses them in their own form.
